Jordan is from Baltimore, Maryland. He is an experienced entrepreneur and founder particularly focused on building companies that help people cognitively and behaviorally. Jordan always had a knack for organizing and creating. He founded a few different businesses growing up, but his first main project was a fundraiser called Dunks for Diabetes. Jordan founded the 3v3 basketball tournament in seventh grade to raise money for diabetes research. By the time Jordan graduated high school, the fundraiser had grown to seventy-six teams in Baltimore and had spread to several other locations across the country. Jordan continued working on the national project until he founded his first noteworthy business, Focus.

Jordan founded Focus in 2019. The company began with a program that Jordan designed called "Momentum" to help college students keep each other accountable to good habits such as meditation and exercise. Students from over ten different colleges participated in the program. Jordan also created a program for high school students as well as a program for young professionals. Jordan wants to build on Focus with Youphoria. Unlike the Focus programs, the Youphoria app can be used by almost anyone for free. Jordan's focus is growing Youphoria to its full potential. He thinks that, with the talent on the team and the unique foundation in place, there are no limits to what this company can do for people.
